Pixel Tanx Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 8, 2026

Who we are and what this covers

Pixel Tanx is operated by Kollectr LLC, doing business as Atomic Kiwi ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Minnesota, United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use Pixel Tanx on the web or Android, including its account and multiplayer services and associated support.

Privacy contact: support@atomickiwi.studio

This policy covers the current release. Other Atomic Kiwi games and services may have their own notices. External storefronts and identity providers also have their own privacy policies.

Information we handle

  • Account information: Your email address, account identifier, display name, game membership, and account/profile creation and update timestamps. Our authentication service, Supabase Auth, manages credentials, sign-in identities, and sessions. If you register using a password, Supabase processes that password for authentication.
  • Google sign-in information: When you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies identity information such as a provider identifier, email address, and basic profile information, which may include a name and profile image. Our authentication service may retain provider metadata even when the game does not display it. We use this information to establish and authenticate your account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, or Drive files for this sign-in feature.
  • Multiplayer information: Our servers process your authenticated identity, display name, connection/session identifiers, gameplay inputs, and match state, including vehicle positions, shots, health, and scores needed to run a match. Processing live match state is different from storing permanent match history. The current account database does not provide persistent progression, achievements, or global leaderboards.
  • Technical information: Our hosting and authentication services process network requests and connection information, which can include IP addresses, browser/device information, timestamps, and error or security logs. Diagnostic reports you send us may contain additional device and gameplay details.
  • Information stored on your device: The game stores authentication session information to keep you signed in and local preferences such as audio settings. Local preferences are not necessarily synchronized across devices. Clearing application or browser data can remove them.
  • Support information: If you contact us, we receive the contact details, messages, and attachments you provide. Please do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use information

We use information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate players, present player identities, operate multiplayer, remember preferences, respond to support and privacy requests, diagnose faults, protect the service against abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. The current game release does not integrate advertising or in-app purchases. We will update this policy and provide any required notices or choices before introducing materially different data practices, such as advertising, purchase processing, or additional analytics.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you for requested account and game services; legitimate interests in service reliability, security, and support where those interests do not override your rights; legal obligations where applicable; and consent when required. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Who can receive information

We use service providers to operate Pixel Tanx:

  • Supabase: Authentication, account/profile database, and associated infrastructure.
  • Vercel: Hosting and delivery of the web game and related requests.
  • Colyseus Cloud: Multiplayer server hosting and live game connections.
  • Google: Google sign-in and, for Google Play installations, app distribution. Google also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Google Workspace (Gmail): Hosting our support mailbox and processing correspondence, including privacy, security, and account-deletion requests.

These services process information needed for their respective functions. Our providers may use subprocessors to deliver their services.

Your display name and relevant gameplay state are visible to other players during multiplayer. Authenticated accounts can also read player-profile records containing account identifiers, display names, and profile timestamps. Your email address and authentication credentials are not part of those player-profile records. Avoid including private information in your display name.

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or the service, or investigate fraud or abuse. If the business or service is transferred, relevant information may transfer subject to applicable law and appropriate notice and safeguards.

Shared accounts and test environments

Pixel Tanx uses an account system designed to support multiple Atomic Kiwi games. A shared account identifier and display name are separate from each game's membership. If another game adopts this account system, its own notice will describe its use of information; a shared account does not make all game activity public or transfer paid ownership automatically.

Official test builds may connect to a separate development/test environment rather than production. Test accounts and data are separate from production accounts and may be reset during testing. They remain subject to the privacy protections described here. Do not use test builds to submit sensitive information.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and game-membership information while needed to maintain your account and provide the service, unless you request deletion. We do not currently automatically delete accounts solely because they are inactive.

We retain support correspondence while needed to resolve your request and handle relevant follow-up. Technical and security records are retained for troubleshooting, service security, and applicable legal obligations. We assess continued need based on unresolved requests, identified incidents, and legal requirements, and delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed. Our providers' log and backup retention varies by service and configuration; we do not promise a single expiry period for every provider copy.

You can initiate account deletion in the game through Profile → Delete Account, then review and confirm the permanent-deletion warning. Alternatively, email support@atomickiwi.studio; our account-deletion request page provides instructions. You do not need to install the game or sign in to request deletion by email. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send us your password. We aim to acknowledge email requests within two business days and complete deletion from active systems within seven calendar days after ownership and scope are verified. Applicable legal deadlines still apply, including deadlines measured from your initial request. If verification or additional time is needed, we explain the next steps and any legally permitted extension.

If your account is shared with another Atomic Kiwi game, we will explain the effect of deleting the shared account before proceeding. Deleting the shared identity can also delete related game profiles. Test and production accounts are separate; tell us which environment your request concerns, or ask us to check both.

Signing out, uninstalling the game, or revoking Google sign-in access does not by itself delete your game account. Account deletion removes your account and associated profile and membership data. We also address associated personal information held by our service providers, including requesting deletion where required. Limited security records or evidence needed for a legal obligation or dispute may be retained only while needed for those purposes; we explain applicable exceptions when handling your request. Deleted information may remain in restricted backups until those backups expire through the relevant provider's rotation. Backup copies are not used for ordinary account access, and deletions must be reapplied if a backup is restored.

Security and international processing

We use safeguards such as encrypted network connections, authenticated access, and database access controls. No service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and sign-in credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our primary game-service hosting is in the United States, generally in the Midwest (including Chicago) or US East regions. Our providers may also process information in other countries for global delivery, support, security, email, and related operations. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your country. Choosing a US hosting region does not mean that every provider copy or processing activity stays in that region. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your account.

Your choices and rights

You can change your display name, sign out, and initiate account deletion through the game profile screen. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact support@atomickiwi.studio to make a request. We will verify requests proportionately and respond as required by applicable law.

Children and families

Pixel Tanx is intended for a broad audience, including children, teens, and adults, rather than one specific age group. Storefront content ratings describe the suitability of the game's content; they are separate from the privacy protections that apply to players' personal information.

The current game requires an account to enter play and processes the account, technical, and gameplay information described above. Having an email address or signing in with Google does not by itself establish a player's age or parental consent to our data practices. Where applicable law requires parental consent for collecting, using, or disclosing a child's personal information, that requirement applies independently of sign-in or agreement to our terms.

Parents or guardians may contact support@atomickiwi.studio to request review or deletion of their child's personal information, withdraw consent, or refuse further collection or use. We take reasonable steps to verify the requester's authority before disclosing information or acting on a request. Please do not send passwords or sign-in codes. If information is necessary to provide an account-based feature, stopping its collection may prevent continued use of that feature.

If we learn that a child's personal information was collected without legally required consent, we will take steps to stop the unauthorized collection and delete that information. We also respect additional protections for minors required by applicable law.

Changes and contact

We will post updates here with a revised effective date and provide additional notice or seek consent when required for material changes. For questions or requests, contact support@atomickiwi.studio.
